I have a solid sense of humor when teaching Yoga because it is needed and what is life without a LOL?!
Yoga is about edging closer to your true nature, the real ‘you that lurks beneath all the layers of conditioning every human is exposed to. I hope by the end of the class you feel a little bit more yourself, a little lighter and a little freer just being YOU. I want you to stretch beyond who you think you are and what your body is and then relax, surrendering in gratitude for every cell of your existence.
I teach at all levels and all abilities. Yoga is for everyone, everybody.

Isis Rose first realised she wanted to be a dancer when she experienced the freedom of artistic expression at eight years old. Fast forward twenty-something years and Isis is still as passionate about the world of dance and is still doing what she loves the most.
Since her revelation, Isis has been building up her career from the ground up; starting from humble beginnings in the North-West of England to moving to London to further her career. Being technically trained in IDTA ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, commercial, and jazz genres, Isis has an array of eclectic experiences under her belt.
Isis’s extensive dance background has to lead her to many corners of the world such as Ibiza, Greece, and India to name a few as well as performing alongside the likes of Lady Gaga and Kanye West on their tours.
Not confined to one expertise, Isis also has had ample exposure to the world of cabaret and circus performances. Never one to be camera shy, this newly found expertise has resulted in her appearing on the likes of Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Take-Away, Celebrity Big Brother, MNE Awards as well as a Diesel fashion campaign.
