Your party will practice a series of stretches that increase your mobility and flexibility, pushing your boundaries to set you on your way to achieve both side and box splits. As well as resistance stretches with a partner of your group making this experience super fun and bonding.

A pair of leggings or shorts, and a t-shirt that's not too baggy. No special footwear is required because it's best to be barefoot. for Yoga mats will of course be provided at the studio/ gym for your party to use.
