Acro yoga is a fun connecting physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics. We have designed this London class for all shapes, sizes, and levels of fitness. A pair of leggings or shorts, and a t-shirt that's not too baggy. No special footwear is required because it's best to be barefoot. for Yoga mats will of course be provided at the studio/ gym for your party to use.
